About these terms
These terms govern your use of the EFKen Leasing website at this address. They do not govern any lease, equipment loan or other facility with EFKen — the terms of each facility are set out in the signed agreement for that facility, and where these website terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails.

EFKen Leasing Ltd is an equipment leasing company registered in Kenya, with its main office at Roshanmaer Place, Ground Floor, Lenana Road, Nairobi, and a postal address of P.O. Box 2735 – 00606 Nairobi.

The content on this site is published for general information about EFKen and the products we offer. It is not an offer of finance, a commitment to lend or lease, a quotation, or financial advice. Nothing here should be relied on as the sole basis for a business decision.
Any figures, product descriptions or timelines shown are indicative. The equipment we can finance, the amount, the tenor, the down-payment and the repayment schedule are determined case by case, following application and vetting, and are confirmed only in writing.
Applications and vetting
Submitting an enquiry or application through this site does not create any obligation on EFKen to provide finance. EFKen vets all applicants and may decline an application at its discretion. Where an application proceeds, the equipment financed remains the property of EFKen until the terms of the relevant agreement provide otherwise.
Using this site
You may browse this site and submit enquiries, job applications and whistleblower reports through the forms provided. You agree not to submit unlawful content, not to misuse the forms, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems. Information you submit through the forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The EFKen name and logo, and the text, images and layout of this site, belong to EFKen Leasing Ltd or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
