Direct Sales Representative – JOB VACANCY

EFKen Leasing, a fast-growing finance company with a distinctive focus on supporting small enterprises and farmer groups unable to finance their growth from conventional banks , is seeking motivated and ambitious Direct Sales Representatives (DSR) to join its Operations Department. This exciting role is based at our Mombasa branch , where you will report to the Branch Manager and take direct responsibility for managing customer relationships in a unique, collateral-free lending environment. Day-to-day, you will attract new clients , conduct full credit and business viability appraisals , perform ESG assessments , and prepare investment proposals. You will also actively manage a portfolio of customer investments through site visits , identify training needs , and maintain detailed records on our software system , gaining hands-on experience in asset leasing and SME financing.

To qualify, you must hold a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and possess at least 2 years of experience in banking, financial institutions, or a related industry. A valid driving license is required , along with strong skills in MS Office, communication, analytics, sales, and problem-solving.
